Return and refund policy
We offer a 30-day money back guarantee or an 60-day In Store credit guarantee on all products subject to the following terms and conditions.

Definitions

Initial date of purchase
The initial date of purchase is considered to be seven (7) days after the product is shipped from our fulfillment house to the address you specified.

Original purchase price
Is the amount you paid for the product(s), shipping and taxes at the time of your order.

Return Authorization Number
Throughout this Return and refund policy, a Return authorization number is referred to as a “RAN”. This is a tracking number provided to you by our customer service department and is used to identify products being returned to our fulfillment house for a refund or credit. All customers must call the customer service phone number to obtain the RAN before returning product.

Applicable fees
Applicable fees refer to certain fees deducted from your original purchase price to determine the amount of refund or credit you will be issued. Applicable fees include, but are not limited to (a) processing and re-stocking fee; (b) shipping charge adjustment and (c) sales tax adjustment

Processing and re-stocking Fee
We charge a re-stocking and processing fee of fifteen percent (15%) per order for all authorized returns of products.

Shipping charge adjustment fee
If a shipping fee was charged with your order, the amount you paid for shipping will be deducted from your original purchase price prior to determining the amount of refund or credit to be issued.

Sales tax adjustment
If sales tax was included in your original purchase price, the amount of the tax charged will be deducted from the original purchase price when determining the amount of refund or credit to be issued.

 

Returning products for a refund
Please note: The following policy does not apply to automatic / Smart Health or continuity shipments.

For policy information relating to automatic / Smart Health or continuity shipments, refer to the section titled Automatic/Smart Health/Continuity Shipment Refunds in this Return and Refund Policy for information about automatic/ continuity or Smart Health orders, refunds and returns.

Refund timeframe
Products return within 30 days of purchase may be return for a refund

Products returned 31-60 days after purchase are entitled to an in-store credit.

Products returned after 60 days are not entitled to a refund or an in-store credit.

How to get a refund
1. Call our Customer Service Department and request a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and the mailing address to return the product(s).

2. Put the product(s) to be returned in a shipping box, write the RAN on the inside and the outside if the shipping box.

3. We strongly suggest that you use a shipping company that can provide a tracking number so you can assured that your shipment is delivered to our fulfillment center.

Products may be retuned within 30 days of the initial date of purchase for a refund of the original purchase price less applicable fees by obtaining a RAN and the Return Address by calling 866-356-0295. You are responsible for the cost of shipping the products back to us. We strongly recommend you use a service that can provide a tracking number so your return products and be verified as delivered to our address.

In-Store Credit Option
In some cases customers may opt to exchange their refund for an in-store credit at Nutricell.com. An in-store  credit can be used to purchase any of the products found on Nutricell.com, excluding shipping and sales tax.

Our customer service representative will explain how the in-store credit program works and how much of an in-store credit you are entitled.

Within- thirty (30) days from initial date of purchase:
At the customers option, a request for a refund received within thirty (30) days from the initial date of purchase may be exchanged for an in-store credit equal to one hundred percent (125%) of the original product purchase less shipping and sales tax adjustments.

31- 60 days from initial order date:
Orders 31 days old but less than 60 days old are not eligible for a refund, however they are eligible for an in-store credit equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the original purchase price less shipping and sales tax adjustments.

Benefits of the in-store credit option
With the in-store credit option the customer is not required to return the product. The customer can finish the product and saves on the return shipping fees. This option will be given when a customer calls the customer service number to get a RAN. In-store credits cannot be redeemed for cash are non-refundable and are considered final.

Products returned without a RAN

Products returned within thirty (30) days of the initial date of purchase without a RAN are not eligible for a refund but are eligible for an in-store credit equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the original product purchase price less applicable fees.

Products returned more than thirty (30) days from the initial date of purchase without a RAN are not eligible for a refund or in-store credit.

Please note: If you return a product without a RAN, it is your responsibility to call the customer service phone number in order to get your in store credit activation number.

Risk free trials

Products purchased on a Free trial basis whereby you only paid shipping and handling are not eligible for a refund or in-store credit.

Automatic/Smart health/Continuity Shipment refunds

Automatic/ Smart Health / Continuity Shipments (Continuities) are NOT eligible for cash refunds but may be eligible for in store credits. Continuities may be cancelled at any time according to the policies contained herein.

The customer is responsible for canceling their continuity subscription. To cancel simply call our Toll Free Customer Service1-866-356-0295 You must contact our customer service department no less than ten (10) calendar days prior to the next shipment date. If you do not contact our customer service department at least ten (10) days prior to the next shipment date your credit or debit card will be charged in accordance with your continuity subscription.

Continuities that are shipped PRIOR to the customer notifying us of cancellation are eligible for an in-store credit equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the 1 month continuity subscription price less all applicable fees within thirty (30) days of the shipment date. The customer is not required to return the product. The customer can finish the product and saves on the return shipping fees.

Continuities older than thirty (30) days are not eligible for a refund or in-store credit.

 

Cancelling an Order
(Excluding automatic/ continuity or Smart Health shipments):

Once an order has been placed, it is uploaded to our secure merchant processor, which incurs fees. If you cancel your order BEFORE it has been shipped, you will be assessed a twenty percent (20%) cancellation fee that is deducted from the original purchase price when determining the amount of refund or credit to be issued.

If you cancel your order AFTER it has been shipped, you must follow the terms of this Return and refund policy.

Orders refused at delivery
(Excluding automatic/ continuity or Smart Health shipments):

Orders, which are refused at delivery, and subsequently returned to our fulfillment facility un-opened within 30 days will be issued an in-store credit in the amount of 100% of the product price less applicable fees.

Orders, which are refused at delivery, are not eligible for a refund or in-store credit if not returned to our fulfillment facility with-in thirty (30) days from the original shipment date

Please note: You must call us to obtain your in-store credit activation number.

 

Processing of refunds
Refunds are not issued until the product is received back into our shipping facility. Normally refunds are processed within five (5) business days. They may or may not appear on your next billing statement depending on when you get your bill. In-store credits are issued immediately. If you are getting an in-store credit, it is your responsibility to get the in-store activation code from the customer service.
 
We reserve the right to modify this Return and Refund Policy at our discretion, or against any customer we believes is abusing this policy. Any such revision or change will be binding and effective immediately after posting of the revised Refund Policy on our Web site.

You agree to periodically review our Web sites, including the current version of our Refund Policy. It is your obligation to review our refund policy for any such revisions.
